Sketching at Alameda Beach [July 2017]
The East Bay Sketchers meetup group went to the Alameda Beach (Crown Memorial State Beach.) in July. The views across to the city were magical. Was there to see the beach come alive at 11am, smell the bbq at noon and see tired and sandy families packing up to leave at 3pm. Fabulous day.
Started at the BoardSports shack. All the boards and sails in a colorful pile on the sand.
Windsurfers were like jewels on the bay.

Kite Launch Area; but we did not see any kites.
