9 Tastes of Air

Do you have a Sit-Spot? I did not.
But an online sketch party with Julie Tennis of the Nature Journal Club changed that! I now have a sit-spot I can use to connect with nature, hone my observation skills and take a meditative moment out of even the most hectic days.
More about my Sit-Spot in the coming days.
Here’s the first observation, with the focus of “Air.”

Session description
Using a Sit Spot to Observe Nature
- Quick introductions
- Choose a sit spot within 100 feet of your computer
- Share your observations
This is session two of five. You do not need to attend all of them – join us when you can! The focus for this session will be the element of air. Wordsmiths are welcome! The focus is developing observation skills. This will be a Zoom meeting. I am happy to facilitate a larger group – if more than six people register, we can use break-out rooms to keep the groups small.
