Lively Lettering ~ Aug 9 with Wild Wonder Foundation [online workshop]

Join the fun at this this free live* online class, where Kate will share tips & tricks to layer words and images together. Get hands-on and explore ways to infuse written characters with imagery from nature…bringing the idea of “show don’t tell” to a whole new level.

Using line quality, color, pattern, and pictograms, you’ll play with picture words, mood words, and metaphor marks, while you practice using direct observation to create associations and symbolic connections.

You’ll leave the session inspired and equipped with the skills and confidence to bring imagery, whimsy, humor, and personality to the words in your nature journal.

All ages and levels welcome!
