Workshop :: See -> Sort -> Sketch @ SXSW
This talk given at SXSW 2010 included a short hands-on activity, so it was really more like a workshop. (The smell of sharpies in the room nearly took us down.)
This talk was based on a workshop co-created with the brilliant Leah Buley, when we were colleagues at Adaptive Path.
In the world of user experience, learning about your customers is key to making great stuff. But design research reports are dense and boring. Unlock the power of sketching and pen and paper tools to create research outputs that are vibrant, sticky and that reflect personality, human perspective and that move seamlessly into design.
This talk came with a printable workbook.
