In 2010 I read an article called How to Kill Creativity by scholar and researcher Teresa Amabile. The article ran in the Harvard Business Review ‘way back in 1998, but I found it to be evergreen information worth remembering, acting on and spreading.
It inspired me to create the Creative Culture Blueprint. The Blueprint provides an overview of the cultural mechanisms that support creativity both as personal practice and as an organizational identity.
