Sketchnotes :: Service Experience Conference 2013

The Service Experience Conference 2013 (produced by Adaptive Path) was a gathering of the best and brightest in Service Design, held in San Francisco in October 2013.

I sketchnoted the entire conference. This collection includes high-resolution graphics of the 19 talks presented. The focus of the event was on designing complex digital products and services that span channels, products and touchpoints.
